I'm a German user.
I don't think it helps me, therefore I asked, within the 14 day period, to cancel this purchase, according to the European law that grants the right to withdraw in the first 14 days with full reimbursement.
The answer I got was "Kindly note that our company follows a no-refund policy unless the product is proven to be not as described or faulty"
The company clearly thinks that they are above the law.
Please consider buying from other companies that comply to the legislation.
Soweit zufrieden
Good Idea Bad Implementation
Idea is really good but problem is you can do one program at time even you are premium. So i can organize home morninf but cant choose another program for evening. It makes no sense.
Unflexibel
Not the app I thought it would be
READ THE FINE PRINT WORH THIS APP. After seeing this app add almost daily I purchase it for $66 for a year. I was hesitant because most of the apps I subscribe too have a monthly. I tried using this app multiple times but it was clunky, didn’t always work as it was described & send way too many notifications. I forgot about the app & my mistake did not cancel the subscription. Fast forward a year, I was contacted by my bank for fraud activity. I did not recognize the vendor in question (greatness was not in the name) so I declined the payment. Immediately cancelled my card & PayPal account. Only after filling the fraud claim with my bank did I find out it was the renewal for the Greatness App. Greatness App felt I should pay the renewal fee & suggested my bank decline my claim. I have since cancelled the app & am paying for a year of the not so great app. After doing some research, this is typical of the company. Locating the verbiage of the renewal is not easy to find but the company has it at their fingertips when you ask for a refund.
Do not forget to cancel your subscription
Read the fine print of the terms of service. I subscribed last year, deleted the app because it didn’t work for me and was surprised today to be charged $66 for a renewal. According to two customer service reps, they will not provide a refund because in their terms of service they require cancellation at least 48 hours before the renewal period. There is no email reminder to notify you that the renewal is coming up, so this feels like theft. Too bad you forgot, $66 penalty. I will not be using any kilo health products again.
Keep track of your subscription!
Didn’t commit to using the app after subscribing for 1 year. Deleted the app because it was t in my App Store subscriptions only to be charged $66 for a renewal without any email reminder as stated in the terms and conditions. They refuse to give me a full refund even after providing proof that I never received an email for Greatness about my subscription renewal.
Fraudulent Billing
I downloaded this app to give the free version a try. After using the app for a while, I found it was not what I was looking for. I deleted the app and moved on. One year later I was charged $66.00, but never subscribed. Customer Service was unwilling to refund my money despite the fact that I shared a screenshot showing that I was on the free subscription plan. Absolutely unacceptable!

Great marketing, ok content, poor engineering execution
I’ve been using greatness for a few months now and credit it with helping me establish a good morning and evening routine. I was inspired by some of the content, but have found the daily coaching to be hit or miss.
That said, _basic_ app features are often broken - like being able to check off a habit, see accurate habit history, and having push notifications match content. Whatever data model they're using is just not solid, and the core functionality suffers. There’s also no undo, and the UI is often broken too. It’s surprising given the otherwise polished look of the app. Customer service is good, likely overwhelmed by repeat bug reports, and I just hope they get their engineering house in order.
