Effecto offers two auto-renewing subscription options:
$29.99 every 3 months
$59.99 per year (that's $4.99 a month)
Payments and Renewal:
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Account settings at any time after purchase
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.
These prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.
The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. Absolutely do not recommend
I used this app for tracking ADHD symptoms and hoping to get deeper insights. Unfortunately it stresses me out more than it actually helps. There are little infos etc. but I really would recommend everyone who wants to get a better understanding of themselves to check out podcasts or even shorts on instagram. You will get more support and insights through that. I tried it for a year and wanted to cancel it, however it was not really possible to cancel via the website or app. The only possibility is to actually write an email, 48 hours prior renewal. As there is no possibility to actually check in the app or website, it is a bit difficult for someone coping with executive functions to keep the period in mind. Absolutely do bot recommend.

It won’t tell you anywhere where you can cancel your subscription! Very shady!
Test before you pay
They advertised on instagram with great ADHD app. And I fell for it. In my case I couldn’t test it and they are not giving my money back. For me personally the app doesn’t make any sense without a period tracker, because that influences my mood the most. And like the other review already said, tracking is one of the hardest jobs for me as an person with ADHD. And the app isn’t intuitive or easy to get into and tracking is boring and in parts to complicated. I don’t need to track my mood on the exact minute. I would need an easy to answer colourful button.

Do not purchase anything in this app, they will keep your data, basically rob you and won’t even offer a bottom or similar to cancel your unintentional subscription!!!!!

It is just another scam app giving false promises and you cannot even ask for a refund. Do not fall for it.
Useful idea, impractical app, unsympathetic company
I know that tracking associations between activities and symptoms can be helpful. However, there should be easier and better ways of doing it in a paid app - the free version of the „bearable“ offers the lion‘s share of functions that effecto has (in an almost identical design….) - but for free and since longer….
Poor quality and no customer support
This app is really disappointing. It offers way too little for the price and is super primitive. Never again.
Stay away
The worst app so far. Charged me for extra money even though i have deleted my account. Not helpful at all. No personal plan. Couldn’t even use it for a while.
