Definitely the worst iPhone app I’ve ever come across very clunky hard to use even though it seems and should be simple it will not Connect no matter what I do. I’ve had this air-conditioner in the caravan for 2 1/2 years only managed to have it Connect on a couple of occasions only for it to disconnect and have to reset and just will not reset. terrible app!!

The air conditioners often lose the connection and it’s extremely difficult to get them to reconnect at times. The app itself has a feedback section where you can submit questions that no one ever answers. The app also lacks some basic functionality like being able to set up simple rules to trigger events that exist in even the cheapest home automation solutions.

Latest update just killed the app! No longer opens😩😤😡 Update: There’s a constant popup window saying there’s a new version of the app available, when there isn’t one at all!! Although I have the latest update, I still have the very annoying popup window! Fix this ASAP. It’s impossible to Register, the Facebook logo is on top of the Terms & Conditions – so I cannot click to agree with them!!! Please design a better layout do we can scroll the menus up and down. Very bad English throughout. Needs a lot of work to bring it up to date with XXI Century !

Ac won't connect with the app on the phone.

i tried to use the app 2 months ago would never connect device. finally got them connected now one will no longer work. also keeps saying update but there’s no update available. please fix ASAP!

Worst app. Keeps logging you out Keeps crashing Some times it’s difficult to add multiple devices.

You need to fix the location setting for iPhone, it does not show up in the iPhone. Thus affecting the apps ability to find a wifi network to connect to. Please fix this. Disable the location setting and just make it so the wifi can connect without using location settings.

Not many options and poor functions

This app was working fine but sine this latest update (one da ago) I can’t log in, cannot generate a new password, just constant network timed out. It’s now a useless application! Please add support email so this can be rectified? Regards
