Bad chargers…kept stopping
Works
I have 2 EVs, but can only register one. Unfortunately the data used from the current car registered affects the charge rate and chances of a successful connection and charge on the other. I’ve had multiple sessions disconnect because the app believes a Wrangler 4XE is plugged in when it’s actually a Polestar 2, or vice versa.
Not charging at all.
Most are terrible and don’t connect or stay connected.
Have stayed at this hotel many times viditing family. There used to be a Tesla Charger here and I didnt have an adapter for my Q5 PHEV. Now with Greenspot it works every time flawlessly for me. I see Tesla’s here with adapters. Good job Greenspot. Now expand these here at the Chestnut Hill Hotel in Phili. Need five more! This one is always full!
The absolute worst of any EV charger I’ve ever used. Stations nearly always fail to function correctly in some capacity so you always have to call for support and half of the time the phone numbers are wrong on the stations. Stations often say they are working, but don’t, and then when you call they act like you’re the problem bc they’re equipment has poor functionality. I avoid them at all costs.
The app is straightforward but for months I have been encountering a problem charging. It begins to charge and then goes inexplicably goes idle after a very short time. I have had to walk a mile back from home to restart the charge and then back and forth again. Plus it charges me a small amount to not charge my car.
Constantly logging me out other than that it’s all good
Wait, our town is removing ChargePoint and installing Greenspot? I get the Greenspot app and realize that unlike ChargePoint, I’ve got to take a photo of the QR code or type in the station number to activate charging. There is no Apple Watch app! There is no way to tell, by looking at the app, how fast it’s charging. (If you ask me, Greenspot wants you to stay idle once fully charged so that they can charge the extra fees). I can easily pull into a Tesla supercharger and do NOTHING but plug it in and everything is automatic. With ChargePoint, I just flash my watch. (I can even drive my Tesla with just my Apple Watch. Make it fart too.). No sweat. Elon Musk, for as much as he’s a love/hate relationship, needs to take over Greenspot and fix it. What a poorly thought out customer interface.
