While this app is very good, you need to spend money on it to actually be very good which doesn’t sit right with me. Trying to profit of people’s rehab is wrong, about 5% of the app is usable without paying £8 a month. Even something as simple as the community.

Love it
Certainly won’t make you quit, need willpower for that, but it’s a great tool to help you stay ‘quit’. Seeing the “money saved” going up and maintaining 0g smoked is great motivation for me. 2 and a half months clean as I write this, never thought I’d see the day! Love the oak tree visuals as well. Cheers to the great app.
Truly a great app
This app is very motivational it has achievements, communities, suggestions inspiring quotes.
Its the place to be if u wanna kick start ur non smoking journey or just to help u take a smoke break.
Great app needs a few tweaks though.
This app is great as I haven’t been able to find any other app which tracks your progress of not smoking weed. (But I must admit I use the basic version without paying for extras) I just wish that you were able to reverse mistakes on the app, as I’ve stopped for over a week but i made a mistake filling in information and now it’s showing up as 2 days instead of over a week which is disheartening as now I can’t see how much I’m saving as a result. I know I could add this up myself but I just feel like the purpose of this app is to do that for me/user. But other then that great app and hope to get a response 9.5/10

Helpful
Recommend this for anyone who really wants to overcome smoking. Can track your progress as well as log it & set yourself targets by aiming to achieve different milestones. Also has a section where it calculates an estimate as to when an individual will overcome withdrawal symptoms.

Good for its purpose
I only use it as a tracker so can’t comment on other aspects of the app. I like that you can choose to add entries if you want to but I mainly just use it to keep track of days since I quit.
