You still have to do the hard work but this will support you unexpectedly and often when you need it, or even when you dont …. Not sure if it is still for free but it helped me… When I felt I might give in i looked at it and saw how far I got , it gave me the pat on the back which was worth more Good luck Hope it helps you too
Just adding few words few years later, now years after quitting, I still feel like having a cigarette but I do not. It was not easy to quit, good luck to you.

Very informative
I find this app very informative regularly so it keeps me focused on quitting. I love the badges I get too they also help me stay on track, plus seeing the money I’m saving.

40 years, many attempts, many failures but this time something is different, it been 8 days and I’m still doing it. I feel supported, I feel well advised and I feel I belong and it’s a great help.
3 weeks clean!
I don’t log / track my cravings. I know when they are- after food/ with alcohol. But whenever I do have a craving; I look at my milestones and it really helps! And when I see how my body is recovering is a massive incentive. Great app!! Definitely recommend. I smoked for 10 years and now I’m 3 weeks clean, cold turkey!
