It’s such a neat app! Love it! This and gentler streak are my fitness companions!
Kudos to the team!
This app seamlessly integrates fitness and health data into a single, user-friendly platform. It would be nice to add a feature that enables users to compare their current month's workout time, total calories burned, and workout count against the previous month's data. Hope to see it soon. The inclusion of a "Challenges" section is particularly motivating and encourages users to push their limits. Kudos to the development team and the thought process behind this.

Nice concept but incomplete
Nice concept but auto apple health tracking is too limited rendering useless. It should be able to track all sorts of metrics from HealthKit like the streaks app.

Best app for tracking
Really love their new challenges. Though I don’t have Apple Watch. I was able to use it via health app. Addicting challenges.
The best fitness app
Allen is building the best all round fitness hub for apple health. Before trying grow I didn’t really think that this sort of gamification would work for me, but now I check and push for a perfect day medal every time. They are also adding new features very regularly!
