Grow with Anna

I’ve known Anna from her instagram page for a long time and I like her life style and workouts alot! This app and the organised workouts are a must for who ever wants to start a healthy lifestyle. I’m a beginner with workouts and at first, I found it so hard to keep up with the full body workouts and I was pushing my limits. But now only after two weeks I can clearly see how strong my body has become and I enjoy the full body workouts.

In het begin vond ik het een fijne app. Maar er komt niks nieuws bij en ik deed growingananas al een tijdje op YouTube. Daar komen steeds nieuwe workouts. Vind dan €15 per maand het nu niet meer waard. Ik ga dan wel verder op YouTube.

I love Anna and her workouts but as a teenage girl just want to exercise my body for free and not have to pay for it.

Why do I have to watch the workouts on my small screen and can’t I cast it to my tv?

It’s looks like a good app but, feeling good in your body has to be free, not to pay mint for it

Hele fijne uitdagende en afwisselende workout! Super fijn met timer en zonder gepush van een trainer. Je kunt met lekkere muziek gewoon in je eigen hoofd trainen! Ik ben fan!

I love Anna and her workouts, but the app needs some serious upgrade. When you select a workout program, you see the progress. At the end of a video of the program the app asks you to take a picture (optional) but it’s a mystery where they are stored and where to see the overview of them. I’m not sure if it’s an iOS thing. Also, most of the times I just check some videos on YouTube since there is no way to cast the workouts with Chromecast from iPhone (unlike YouTube). The only option for iPhone holders is to have an the Apple casting device. I really dislike following workouts on my tiny phone screen. Another point of improvement would be to add a progress tracker of how many times you work out in general, and not only of the program. It happened I didn’t have time to follow a video of the program so I just selected a shorter one. Of course feels good to still workout but it is satisfying to check how many times you worked out in a month. Because even if you complete a challenge then you go to the next one and there is no track of all you have done in that year.

This app keeps me motivated and fit! Thank you Anna!

Fijne workouts, werkt heel goed.

I ve been following Anna for her youtube workouts since the first lockdown, leaving other fitness apps I used to have to the side. Once the app released I removed all other apps. This is my to go to work out scheme. Also the recipies are amazing. It’s an all in one app also for men. It’s simply put complete, easy and the service team reacts quickly if there should be an issue and takes advice and feedback seriously.
