Grow with Anna lifestyle
Anna, after going to the doctor and being diagnosed with mild to moderate scoliosis I realized that now is all we have for a strong future. I have to get my body strong. A weak core will affect my back more and more and it will keep deteriorating. So here’s to a strong body with Anna❤️ The app is amazing. Yes your youtube is wonderful but there’s just something about the app workouts and the way the app is. I love it.
