Great app, and some great guys on here

I used to enjoy chatting to and meeting guys on this app. Now, every time I open it I get spammed with fake bot accounts or scammers 11,000 km away. The developer don’t deserve to have paying customers on such a $#!+ app. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid

Wanted to create an account but I am unable to do so. I have emailed customer support a number of times and had very little response. I have also chased for a response and my emails are ignored.

Should another profile use foul or discriminatory language to harass you, GROWLr will take no action whatsoever. The reporting feature is evidently purely perfunctory. The reply received from the ‘support’ team was to simply black the user, rather than take any punitive action themselves, thereby condoning this sort of unacceptable behaviour from its user base.

I could deal with the app looking as outdated as it does if it wasn’t so frustrating to use. Please stop sending two notifications at the same time for each message that I receive, I only want one notification per message. I also want to turn off the ability for my profile to show up in Global unless I want it to. I’m sick to death of opening the app and every time, within seconds, being pestered by bots and creepy messages. Let me restrict my viewable location to local only.

Sick to death of getting scammers and spam mail

Too many fake accounts or scammers. You need to try harder to verify new users and block accounts when they are reported. I have been contacted multiple times by fakers using the same photos, I report, but it happens again

Constant issues with the app, the main focus now is on diamonds and cash flow for GROWLr. They don’t seem to care about having a workable platform. Why in the name of god are woman flocking to a gay man’s app? These accounts should be banned.
