Lovely design and great overall app
Love this app the design is great - everything you need in one app and challenges as well as rewards well worth the subscription- one app that does it all than getting several Different apps to get the information you need .

App seems decent but why is it telling me to cheer up?! This really rubs me up the wrong way so I’m only scoring 3/5.

I cannot recommend this app enough. It is the best health insight app I’ve used and I’ve used lots. The layout of it is really good and well I just like everything about it. Used it for 10 minutes and purchased the lifetime after that. So many bits of info crammed into this and informative. Try it out and I think you will be buying it too.

If you’re into your Apple rings this is a good app. I have a widget on my home screen that ticks off how many times a month I’ve closed my rings which is really satisfying.
I love Grow
I was looking for apps that had nice widgets for iOS 16 and tried Grow. I absolutely love it! Would love Apple Watch complications and custom goals in the future.
