Ban for no reason,

I got banned for “third party reasons” while i was on my iphone playing and selling dreamcatcher staff and suddenly i got banned while the csn spammers were not, it’s not fair. i’ve contacted the support the only thing they say is “we do not make any mistakes and we take this very seriously” i’ve been an player since 2015 and i’ve never ever used any cheat/hack. i just want to reunite with my friends, if someone can please help me with this misunderstanding situation. what a mess of a game

I grew up playing this game on and off, I used to really enjoy it! I made my first little friends on this game. Then again, ever since this game has been taken over by ubisoft it's become worse and worse: ads crappy servers battle-pass SO MANY SPAMMERS broadcasts of people selling the ingame currency for real money that everyone can see The worst thing is all of these have been going on for years now, and I do not see it get fixed any time soon :( dead game
