The game is literally unplayable it’s stuck on “Logging on [Username]” and nothing happens and therefore I can’t even play the game

I’ve played this games for years the better part of a decade. My first account was lost forever when they decided to stop supporting the console version. At this point all my progress was lost as accounts didn’t cross over. I made a new account via mobile and pc and continued my journey and playing. I became a supper supporter and a paid supporter. They have this code called the Growtopia code if you break anything you get a lifetime account ban and IP ban. In order to become a guardian or moderator you must have a good clean record and uphold that Growtopia code. I have as I planned on working myself up to become a moderator eventually. I am also a paid player, paying to play in different events. For over two weeks I haven’t been able to login and play my money spent lost as two event were missed out on, the growpass and the aliens event. I’ve contacted my ISP and all is good on my end yet every time I go to login the servers won’t allow it. The message displayed is Oops too many people logging in, and also mainly Error Connecting, and won’t allow me to move past that screen. I’ve tried all method of trouble shooting that the SupportBot and GT site recommended and when trying to reach out to support all you get is a bot response until finally someone reaches out to you which may still be a bit seems how no genuine responses are generated and no resolve has been met. The response is along the lines of we try to ensure that all Growtopians can play. I’ve reached out to support multiple times to no avail no solution and no help!!! My GrowID is: ThethWogen1408. At this point I’m starting to feel like I’ve been robbed of time and money after dedicating years of my life to this game and being a full fledged supporter. I’m feeling highly unseen or cared for after my dedication. No response by any mods or support and I’ve shared the same to all social media owned by Growtopia. Lastly the amount of bot players that crowd the servers is another big problem with this game now. Ubisoft needs to do better with this game that was already great until they bought it and took over. Also how is there not an option to speak with a live representative for support especially with such a notable company such as Ubisoft, especially when a person spends money on a product? There needs to be a live representative to speak with.

It banned me for no reason don’t play

I’ve played the game since 2015 and I’ve seen the game fluctuate on its quality. Before in a way you could’ve easy reached customer support to resolve the issues you encounter. Now it’s a long process of talking to some robot which then forwards you into an automated system which most of the time doesn’t work. Now let’s take my issue into consideration. I got falsely banned and when I had evidence to prove that I wasn’t at fault my customer support claims were never responded to nor resolved. It’s almost bitter sweet seeing so many years go to waste because most of what they’ve created for us “CONSUMERS” to take advantage of doesn’t work. Love this game to death but this is disappointing.

Gtowtopia had been the game I played since grade 4. Even though this game is so different than it used to be, I still love the nostalgic feeling and its still enjoyable. Its been like 11 years now since the game is realised? Not sure but I really hope the game is not shutting down anytime soon because everyone playing right now that I know still enjoys the game very much

the game is full of bullies and scammers and now everything is so expensive

The moderators of the game will take your account and perma ban it for eternity all because of a suspicion that they have absolutely no proof of, I was wrongfully auto banned for 60 days because of a door mover glitch someone used on me and on the 40th day it changed to a perma ban for “trading in game items for real currency”, total nonsense with no second thought. Don't even think about changing the email linked to your account because thats a ban. Want to charge back a mis-clicked purchase of $0.99? Thats a ban, you could spend thousands on the game (as I did) and you can get banned over nothing or even a hunch. Goodbye to 3000+ hours over the span of 12+ years and thousands of dollars spent in the gem shop just to get my account permanently banned by some smug brat who knows nothing about anything. Oh and reaching out does absolutely nothing because nobody cares. Dont download this game unless you want to be disappointed! 👎🏼❌
