I have been playing for over 4 years, never and I mean never have I never been able to not log on. I think there’s a new update since you can’t log on! Plssss fix the issue - I have going in and out of Growtopia just to be able to log on!!

Falsely banned
Honestly after 6 good years on the game, its still a great game, i saw a scam world had like multiple worlds all (#####1) 2 3 4 if u know, i decided to lock a world with just a number they haven't gotten to yet, 2 days later i got perm ban, even tho I had nothing to do with the scam.
Unable to play
I haven’t played since last week because of this lag and this maintenance ever day can y’all fix the server good as it was before if y’all cant do that best believe send the game to someone else thank you!!!!!
Got Ban with no reason
I played gt 11 years & used more than 5k$ on the game & got ban Dont use your money on this game they banning with no reason.
I cant log in
I am trying to make a new account because I got hacked but now I can’t make a new one why?
Very bad customer service
I was once banned for no reason, I contacted customer service and they said it was because of auto farm. I proved them wrong and then they said that it wasn’t because of that but because of account trading. I sent them another mail that they could check all their logs and that this account has only been signed in on my iPhone and no other device, not even my pc. They then started to ignore my emails after that.
