For the first 2-3 times I had booked with them, the professional had always arrived on time. The first time she arrived, she forgot to bring her mop. It was okay. The 2nd time she brought all her tools with her. The cleaning wasn’t the best but it was okay. What wasn’t okay is the next 3 experiences I had with them: 1-I had a biweekly subscription on August and during my 3rd-4th appointment, the professional didn’t show up even an hour+ later. When I inquired about it, it turns out the company was going through reform and thus stopping its cleaning service temporarily. I did not get any prior notice nor was my appointment cancelled so I had no way to know. I wasted my time waiting for nothing. 2-I booked another appointment a few weeks after they restarted their service. Again, the professional didn’t show up. When I inquired about it, they didn’t give me any proper excuse, it was just that the “driver was unfortunately not in my area at the moment”. So I got my appointment rescheduled for another day. The professional was an hour late again for my rescheduled appointment. No proper excuse or explanation from their customer service. I can’t continue with such unreliable service. Really disappointing.

I dont remember the last time i ordered cleaners from here and they werent ATLEAST 40 minutes late. Everytime i call the center with this problem they tell me its a “car breakdown” issue or “pick up” issue and its literally the same excuse everytime. Worst unprofessional service!! The cleaners are good however im on a tight schedule and my job doesnt give me alot of free time for their “car breakdown” everytime i order. Sometimes my appointment even gets CANCELED without me knowing!! So unpredictable, i need to cancel my whole day for a 2 hour appointment INCASE their “car breaks down”.

Most unprofessional service i have encountered
At first, because of the extremely high rates for the cleaning... I thought that everything would go smoothly and that these people would definitely be professional!!! All other agencies for cleaning services are much cheaper than just mop. This is the most unprofessional service i have ever encountered in MY LIFE. They called me three times to move the appointment from 9 to 8... and 3 times i said no i would like to sleep in. THEY SENT HER AT 7;50 am!!!!!!!! Honestly I didn’t accept the lady and asked her to call the driver. Today is my only day off and she broke down our house bell trying to get someone to open the door You don’t respect my time: i wont respect yours. App deleted Awful service I honestly believe any positive review on this app is fake :D I tried them two more times.. to give them a chance.. oh my god they dont give two dams about what happened with u or the problem u faced People save ur money and time...
