The worst and unprofessional experience (pcr test)

Un professional behavior I waited and waited my appointment and no one show i have been waiting 3 hours late and no one show yet. They just apologized and will do their best and nothing happen . I need to pay for an express pcr for another lab to get my results before my flight. The worst app

Unprofessional company

I made a cleaning booking and it was confirmed and no one showed up. I tried calling the company many times and I was left on phone for a long time. Updates : the customer service called and sent the cleaning teams and they are doing great work. Hope next time they will be accurate in their timings.
