Everything else is good apart from the fact that screenshots shouldn’t be allowed while on the app it should be allowed only after a successful transfer

Gt bank is failing

Why can’t I login to my online banking. It keeps saying try again later

Keeps crashing when I want to use it , why ?

Please fix the crashing problem as it keeps crashing each time I want to use .

Face ID

Even access Bank has a functional Face ID.

What nonsense

The app keeps signing me out after I login and I’m about to do a transfer. It deserves a lower rating. I don’t know why I updated.

Not user friendly

The layout is confusing. Some of the options do not work. Fingerprint ID doesn’t work. It’s such a chore to use this app

Further Improvements

For GAPS Lite, search needs to be ORDERED by date, presently it appears there is no defined SORT ORDER. Thank you

Facial Recognition

The facial recognition module is not working. Tried enrolling a couple of times but not successful. Please fix it.

Awesome

Great app, with Nice interface, but the issue of not been able to send request and complaints should be corrected. Also I couldn't find where to update my details as this was on the previous app.
