To get started

If you have a UBA account, select Sign-up and register as a new user by choosing from any of the options below:
1. UBA Debit/Prepaid Card
2. UBA Secure Pass
3. USSD PIN
4. Activation Code Only (limited access)
5. In-branch activation

If you do not have a UBA account
1. Click the menu on the top-left corner of your app
2. Select "Open an Account"
3. Choose your preferred account type
4. Fill in your details and your account number will be sent to you via SMS
5. Conclude your signup process
6. Start Banking

All is crashing on iPhone 14pro

I hate to update bank apps not the app is crashing. Kindly fix it so people can carry out transactions.

Works great, even abroad. I was grateful to be able to increase my transfer limit within the app at the touch of a button. I’ve banked with UBA for nearly 20 years, they hardly ever have issues compared to other banks. Thanks for the app!😉

Can’t access my funds

So I’ve been using the app for years and moved to Canada now I have money in the account I can login but can’t send funds I can only Topup which is bad I’ve been tapping send and nothing seems to work

UBA worst asf

This app is a mess, fuvk UBA, UBA have to improve we NIGERIA oversee really love to use UBA but fuvk they never care about there customer this fuvking app work when he want to. Have sent email to @ubagroup.com so many times, they have being giving me case numbers but case haven’t being solve 😡 @tonyoelumelu @tonyelumelufoundation your workers are WACK.

Rubbish

Sorry to say this but this your new mobile app is rubbish. Please give back to us the old one if you can’t manage the new one properly, I have many banks but it’s only UBA app that wastes time to open. Sometimes they don’t accept 4G you have to switch to 3G to access it. They just have network issues even your have have a very strong network. Big Shame on UBA. Fools!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
