Worked perfectly and ya messed it up. You’re time would best spent reverting to the previous version of the app and focusing on your pre-release testing protocols. How this got by any QA checks is beyond me.

Hi old update was better new is lagging and complicating a total loss and downgrade, restore old version. where if favourite a listing could select and view sellers others listings. The new update does not slow that and has gone buzzard, kindly fix issue, was enjoying app.

The update is a disaster for all the reasons stated by other reviewers. The new version of the app has a very poor user interface and most if not all of the useful features have been lost. As someone else said I thing it will be Marketplace from now on. Most disappointing!

Or on drugs or don’t feed own kids. Scammers fake free loaders want something for nothing and abuse people of line fig freeloaders want something for nothing and abuse people off-line shocking site take take take all the time no man is no please no thank you

What a mess! Congrats! UI was fine before and easy to nagivate. Unfortunately, now the ease and simplicity has gone, I am too. Uninstalled.

Absolutely awful structure of a site now the app has loading issues

Remove the new version and roll it back. As the saying goes,if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Pages will not load up,no help when your trying to sell stuff. Going to delete Gumtree if not sorted soon !!

New “modernised update” destroyed gumtree im a user for over 15 years this is terrible terrible terrible straight to marketplace now. Gumtree was the best ever. Now its soul has been destroyed.

This app used to be okay, it wasn’t brilliant, but at least it worked. I was notified there was an update, and along with all the other updates for my device, I updated. Now I have an awful looking app that doesn’t even show things from my chosen location! I live in the Highlands, and the best I can get the app to show is Highlands with a distance of 1 mile. And this shows me ALL OF SCOTLAND! Not what area I want. Why are people so obsessed with changing things that work just fine and making them more difficult and pointless to use. Everybody Stop It! I have deleted the app from my iPad because it is just awful to use, and I mean awful. I have contacted Gumtree about this, but it would seem that they don’t care about this, and haven’t contacted me or changed anything.

Why did you fell the need to change the app so drastically? Was it so you can shoehorn more adverts in to it? What was wrong with the way it was?
