Please do not waste your money in this application , impossible to win a photo challenge unless you buy tools and spend a fortune , people vote for off topic photos  and give Guru Pick to friends . The team’s game it’s all fake , some teams  have created multiple teams so can help one another , for new teams it’s impossible to win , they own the game don’t waste money .

Okay. So I have been playing GuruShots for a year or so. I have been enjoying it and learned a lot about photography. I am even in a group which has been so helpful and inspirational. If there is two people in the household who have seperate accounts, have different styles of photography and enter different challenges it can be great fun. But if you are a family with seperate accounts and you tend to enter the same sort of challenges, you are more then likely going to be targeted and have all accounts suspended until you tell GuruShots which single account you want left open. They will delete all others. Doesn’t seem to matter if you have proof that there are say four different people in the same household with four different accounts. So if you are a single person or a couple with totally different styles and love a challenge, GuruShots is worth having a look at. Otherwise…nah, don’t waste your time. You will only quit in frustration.

I’m hooked! I love the reason to search back photos to find one for a topic. I find some forgotten gems and relive past travel. Also I love searching and learning new things. Even in lockdown hunting drops and insects in the garden. Lovely!

Bug fixes and Better communication needed ASAP!

Since the last two updates this is now the second time our team has won a comp but no team members have been registered in the comp nor pointed attributed to the rankings and we are spending money. We are all getting frustrated especially as we are losing rungs on the ladder when we should have been higher since no points are being attributed from the winnings.

It’s getting a bit unfair and a waste of time and money. Many of us have been playing for a while now so feel this is like a stab in the back to committed players. 

This has happened since the last two updates and we have not had any explanations or adequate answers.

Please advise ASAP.

The app does not work. You cannot sign in. I cannot even use the contact us function to report it because I cannot log into the app. When I try to log in. The app just freezes. And there is no where on the website to report the app issue either. Can someone do something about this.

I’ve been using the app for awhile now and the concept is good and it’s relatively well made, there are some issues that need addressing: the first one being the pop up ads. They take a few seconds to load in and then a few seconds of lag before I can tap the cross, nobody likes slow ads that take up the whole screen even if it’s for self promotions. The second issues I found is when you’re voting for pictures you like, every few votes you do it then fails to load in the next picture. You have to close and open the challenge tab to get it to load. The issue isn’t bad connection because the pictures behind it have already loaded in perfectly fine.

In the end the app is good and worth getting to show off your photos, but it could use some touching up.

GuruShots is a Fraudulent Game that no one ever wins but the developer. You will waist your time and Money playing it! How do I know because I have been in the company of the developer I “Know” he steals images from the internet yes truth and stores them in fake profiles on Instagram, how do I know once again I knew this man I left guru shots after seeing the treachery that was happening before my eyes all the fabulous photographers playing the game you can guarantee your images will be used somewhere some time you can guarantee my words to be true and correct I can not divulge his name due to consequences that may occur be warned you can’t win only loose from playing
