Been using this app for 4 years and it’s been a Great tool for me & my fitness journey. It’s incredibly simple, easy to use, & it is what u make it. I dig seeing progress, & keeping track of it. This tool helps me to hold myself accountable in the gym, & to keep track. 5 star for sure.
Theee best gym app!
Keeps me on track and organized! To be able to look back and see calculated one rep max helps aid in progressive overload and progress in the gym!! 10 out of 10 plus 10! 💪🏾
Almost perfect
When adding a custom exercise, you can only choose one muscle. Some exercises hits multiple muscles, such as push-ups. Being able to add these extra muscles would make the reporting much more accurate. Also, isometric exercises are trending up in popularity. Being able to properly track these load/time based rep exercises would be a great feature to add.
Great app to rack workouts.
I wish you could change the color of the box where you input weight / reps. Update: after a few weeks of usage I still love this app BUT I wish it connected to apple health and I wish that the intervals for timed exercises could be set to minutes as well.
Another App with downsides
Say I have a workout that doesn’t requires weights, it’s kind of pointless that they set it such that you can’t have a workout without weights.
Secondly, I would pay 2 to 5 dollars for this. Another page such that when you repeat a workout. There’s check marks where you can check off a workout. And proper times, and sliders for weights.
Thirdly, the ability to set a timer for time based workouts, with a 5-10 second starter time to get into position.
Fourthly, the ability to set weights off or to equipment to none when defining an exercise. That though is very nit picky, just like the rest this. And maybe define a range for the weight so that you could use sliders instead of typing in the weight amount.
5th, what about stretches. Do I have to lose that activity chart because I like to stretch.
So overall, currently, it is truly free and without any major downsides. And I do use it as my daily workout setup so I would really appreciate any additions. Thanks for this app, it’s really good. And I will change this after a few months with the next update.
Update: still having those downsides but I’m changing it because I still like the app.
Great App
This is exactly what I need. Works really well especially for being free. Most of the other free lift tracking apps haven’t been updated in a year.
Well designed workout log
Straight forward and well designed for those of us just looking for a good way to track and review workouts. No unnecessary and overly complicating features or ridiculous subscription fees. Calendar view would make it ideal but 5 stars for what it already has.
Great app
Really good so far, I’ve been using it for about a week. Easy to input your data, I wish the screen didn’t move after I’ve entered my set, it keeps scrolling on its own. Also wish after timer ran out it would vibrate and make more clear sound, maybe longer sound. But so far it’s my favorite tracking app I used on iPhone.
Perfect
Perfect app for tracking your workouts! Simple and effective. And love that it’s free and have no commerical. This has helps me so much
Great app, Missing a few exercises
There are only a handful of exercises added, and that might be because of the muscle heat-map overview, but basic things like dips and deadlift/rowing variations would be very much appreciated.
