Stole my money
I’ve had this app for a while. Went to reignite it, paid for my ‘offer’, nothing changed… still can’t use it. Have emailed and no reply. Disappointed and I would like my money back. Thanks.

Please stop with the countdown of “special offer ending”
Since my last review about the annoying countdown offers, there are now TWO overlapping ones. Please please please stop all of this. *** This supposed “limited time special offer ending”countdown has been on the app for years - please think of something else. I’m still never going to pay for pro, because there will likely be something else annoying always popping up - and the temptation for removal of this incessant “offer” pop up would be the only reason to do so. It’s the oldest, laziest trick in the app marketing playbook, and it’s tired. Please do better.
Scam
I paid a one time premium upgrade, and now they are asking for more money after removing features I paid for back in the past. Don’t trust the app
Save your money and buy something else
I purchased the full version but I can’t add any more than three habits, the offer to purchase the bundle never goes away and when I restore my purchases or try to purchase it again it just goes round in circles. I’ve emailed support twice and have had no response or help. If I could I’d give a 0/5 which is a shame because the app has great potential
Upgrade doesn’t work
I made the mistake of paying for the upgrade but the app won’t apply it. Can’t create more habits and it keeps spamming me with ads to upgrade, even though I already did. What a waste of money!
Too pushy with subscription
I just wanted an easy-to-navigate app to help with building habits. Done app (free version) seemed to tick my very basic boxes. However when I open the app, a pop up screen with a ‘limited time offer’ subscription comes up. At first I ignored it because I thought it was a welcome offer for new users. However after a month I still get that pop up EVERY SINGLE TIME I open the app to check in. Which is annoying and defies the definition of ‘limited time’. Soooo, I will be looking for another app that isn’t so pushy with their subscription.

Would be a good app if they didnt lock everything behind a paywall.
RIP OFF
Have been using "done" since the beginning of the year. About a month ago I opened the app and the screen is blank and I cannot see any of the tasks or options to reset. I paid for my premium account. Have tried to contact apple as well as the app developers and have had no luck in fixing the issue. I have also deleted the app and reinstalled it and the blank screen is still there. Honestly so disappointed!
I don’t need ten apps
Keeps asking me to upgrade to a bundle I don’t want for a price that is extraordinary, would be perfect if all functions of all the apps were in one app for a reasonable price.
long time user - disappointed
i’ve been using done for YEARS, i track my entire life on it and i need to do so as i have a lot of health issues and a poor memory. it’s suddenly gone from being a one off premium payment to $98 A YEAR. this is outrageous. i’m not able to work due to aforementioned issues so there’s no way i can afford that. on top of that, they’ve throttled the app so that if you don’t upgrade to the new subscription then the app is too slow to function… so i haven’t been able to track things the last few days. sadly i’ll have to find a different, less expensive app and somehow move all my habits over.
