I've life time purchased around one or two year ago and now this app switch from my Premium Subscriber to Basic subscriber.. and display pop-up offer 1 year subscription. DONT USE THIS APP!!!!!!!!

Done guides you in building healthy habits by helping you set goals, track your progress, and motivates you to stay on top of them. Unlike so many other habit apps, Done lets you set a goal and track it MULTIPLE times a day, not just one time per day.

Latest version iPhone 12 Pro Max, the app still crashes since previous version every time open the app. Couldn’t use since update Update 24 Jan 2023 Completely unable to use, at main page unable to restore from backup , unable to create new from the start , only have 1 dot blinking in the middle of page.
Request for monthly and yearly tracking mode
I decided to subscribed for premium for few years ago because there is many option of tracking which is daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. But now for latest version there is no monthly and yearly mode anymore. I want these 2 mode back. Please consider because some habit is for long duration as monthly and yearly.
Freezed scree
I subscribed for annual plan. I has been trying to use this app but the screen freezes and try reinstalling but the screen still freezes. This is terrible! How I can get refund?

Why do we have to pay for more than 3 habits. Please upgrade it.
Simple, Clean, Friendly to use But too little choices for sub-plan
The app is designed very well, the function is good and easy to use. But I think the subscription plan choice is too little to choose. For the beginner who never uses the app to track their habits that much as me, I think paying for a year is too long a commitment. You should have a monthly or weekly sub-plan to let the users try to use your app in a premium way. Then if your app is really good and makes users enjoy using your app, long-term subscribed will be happened for willingly.
