No customer support and unable to activate premium
I have waited a week posting this review to see if the customer support will answer my email but they did not.
I paid for the lifetime subscription but despite reinstalling the app, clicking on upgrade several times, the app never activates the full version despite that I paid for it.
Even more annoying is that it keeps asking for me going premium and when I do, it says I'm already premium even though the app stays in basic mode. So the app is worthless unless they fix this issue. If they don't fix this soon I'll ask for a refund and notify Apple.

Bought premium, they deducted the amount from my card, but I still don't have access to premium. Scam. Too bad, because the app seemed to have potential.
Like the app - But bug not being fixed
I like the simplicity of this app, But recently I bought the life time subscription - and now I am apparently trapped in a loop of continues pushes to buy said subscription. It is super annoying and the banners are blocking the add new button. I can therefore not add any new options. I have sent this to support, did not hear anything back. Feels like the app is being sunsetted and they are just getting their last push of money via these lifetime subscription.
Awful Customer Support
I’m leaving a review here since I have not received any response to the email I sent!
I purchased the premium edition of your app last year.
During that period, I was able to set numerous goals. However, I'm currently facing an issue where the app no longer permits me to do that. Additionally, I've noticed that every time I launch the app, I'm presented with advertisements prompting me to upgrade to the premium version. I'm a bit confused because I believe I am a premium member!
I must admit I'm quite disappointed with your app and THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT which apparently seems not to exist! 👎👎👎
I I wish it didn’t cost money to make more than four.
I made four custom ones and when I was going to make the fifth one it wanted me to pay them $200. I wish it was free and that’s why I deleted it.
I wish it was smarter
When I set it up for a task every morning. And to give me a notification for it to be done. And when I do it and check it off as done that morning, before the time for the notification, I want it to then not send me a notification on the set time.
I want to be able to customise. Especially for the weekly tasks. I find it hard to see if if I’ve checked the task as done that day or just some time that week.
I also wish for there to be added a monthly task. Or even longer. More freedom to customise.
Crash
The app keeps crashing after 10 seconds, really bad app if you ask me.
Love the app, but it’s becoming unusable
I love Done, it is simple and clear while still being flexible enough to use based on what I need from it. However, the amount of intrusive advertising for the growth bundle or subscriptions, despite the fact that I’ve already paid for the app, is making it unusable.
What’s good and not good
I think it’s good, you come up trim yourself, and that is he giving you more motivation And what’s not good is because is some people is poor. Some people is rich and example me I’m poor and I really don’t have enough money to put all the money to the app so it’s not so good.
