Handshake Jobs & New Careers

I was excited to use this app for my studies, but I’m having trouble logging in. When I try to sign in with my student account, I’m supposed to receive a confirmation code via email to complete the login process. However, despite multiple attempts, I never receive the code in my inbox or spam folder. This has been really frustrating and has stopped me from accessing the app’s features. Please look into this issue and fix it so students like me can log in successfully

I just installed the app and logged in using my university’s mail id. It’s asking me if I would graduate in year xxxx. There are options of yes and no and none of the two is working and I am stuck at this page. I reinstalled the app and the issue persists.

Making me register for my account again! When choosing my major, cannot even scroll to the whole list!

I used handshake to apply for and land a job months ago but the app will not let me add my new job title. Please fix this issue.

I use handshake to look for work, not to watch academic influencers. There is no reason to have a social media feed on a job platform. Congratulations on your graduation, and kudos to your good grades. Tell your friends and family, post it to tik tok, or FB, but keep it off my job search, or give me an option to mute the feed permanently.

This doesn’t even allow anyone without a .edu email to register. The job market is hard enough, but because I went to college 20 years ago I am not provided the same chance as people with no real world experience?

I get so many messages from recruiters outside of my area. When I reach out to them they also say that handshake could improve this as the location doesn’t come up for them or isn’t filtered accurately.
