They often charge different prices and refused to refund. Hard to reach CS with money related issues. App seems decent but their CS team is not.. so just beware about it.

I think the app is great the price is too high no incremental pricing I only need 30 minutes parking but it’s charging me a full hour $1.50 very detrimental to surrounding businesses Also, what is this ridiculous, $.50 convenience fee? Convenient for who?

Purchased parking and arrived at lot to find the gate closed and no way in. Called their customer service number and was told I’d only get a refund after providing proof of parking at another lot. That is so sketchy. One need not buy another product to receive a refund for services not rendered. This company should be investigated for illegal practices like this.

Superb location It fit my 24 foot Motorhome very well.. safe and well maintained Use Hangtag because it allows for remote time extensions and is very simple and easy to use Walking distance to parliament, Sparks Mall, Byward Market..

Everything about this app is garbage

Followed the instructions on sign precisely. App wouldn’t find lot I was in by any method. Totally useless.

First I have to suffer through creating account without the ability to generate a password. Then it doesn’t integrate with the credit cards stored on my phone. And then to add insult to injury, it tells me it’s not working “right now” for the lot I’m in.

The Keyboard is in the way of the button and there’s no ENTER or NEXT to get the keyboard to collapse after putting in info!!!! (On an iPhone!)
