Sleep meditation
I started using this app 2 years ago when i was added to a work challenge in doing the work challenge my mind was opened to meditation which is something i never considered before and to my delight it was an eye opening mindful experience that i enjoy 2 years later i especially enjoy the sleep meditations as i am someone who suffers from sleepless night and i today depend on this instead of taking medication

Grief
I have been using the tenpercenthappierApp for a number of years. The teachers are wonderful. I love their voices. My 52 year old son, Jules, died on July 1st, 2023. I am overwhelmed. I am numb. This is not supposed to happen. The grief meditations are very helpful at times. Thank you, Dan Harris. Pauline. Ireland.

Update killed the app
I did the latest app update and the app no longer works. All my completed and saved meditations are missing for the challenge I was taking part in.

Really enjoying the Habits programme.
It actually works!
I was sceptical but wanted ti give it a try. What is the worst that can happen? Well after using it for months I can honestly say I am not 10 but maybe 30% happier! Lookig inwards is where the magic happens. Highly recommend to try it!
