Just enter your 1RM/TM figures and routine will display the correct weight to lift for you, based on the selected routine.

If you do not know your 1 Rep Max figures, no worries, we can guide you through that.

Our app understands your chosen routine and progression rules, your 1RM-s, RPE-s, and performance. It carries you through the workouts set-by-set, like a personal trainer.

Very good but Essentials still not there

The whole concept looks outstanding but to me it’s unusable until Supersets are enabled. The only other addition I would love is a way to substitute some lifts in essentially the same routine. Say dumbbell curls instead of ez curls or Romanian Deadlifts instead of Deadlifts and continue with the same routine. And on another day return to the previous lifts without too much adjustment. Keep up the good work though. There are lot of apps with fancy pictures and useless bells and whistles but there is not yet a simple functional app of this kind out there.

Great app with a VERY annoying problem

Awesome app. Really enjoying it. But the most annoying thing happens. Whenever the rest timer goes off, after I choose ‘continue’, as soon as I hit the power button to dim my screen and put it down for the next exercise my background music or podcast stops! Happens every single time and is sooooo annoying. You’d get 5 stars otherwise.

Perfect app for quality workout programs. Spent ages after swapping to IOS trying to find an app that doesn’t charge you a small fortune just for generic basic HIIT workouts. This app provides high quality powerlifting and bodybuilding programs created by some of the most knowledgeable.

Great app, just missing one thing!

Absolutely amazing app, the UI makes sense, it’s really customisable and easily my favourite workout app to date. The only problem I have with it is that I can’t get it to send me a notification when my rest times are over. If it had that, It’d have my heart.
