I have had five speakers for a few years now, and when they work, they are great. However, I have just had to reset three of them to connect them to a new wifi signal, and now they won’t connect during set-up - please get this glitch fixed.

Keeps saying not connected to wifi. Please fix

Can’t understand why Apple Music is not supported

Great speakers, but their app does not support Apple Music, which is a major inconvenience. Now you have to manually connect via Bluetooth every time you want to use the system. This defeats the purpose of adding them to your Wifi network. Please add Apple Music support like the SONOS app has.

Thanks for the long awaited upgrade. Still some glitches. 1) app does open without a Wifi connection. It should be able to use Bluetooth as an alternative. 2) app will still stop after playing for some time, requiring to be restarted by 'pausing' then restarting the play again. Cheers

Please fix this. My wife is making me crazy for getting her this system 3 speaker setup and not being able to listen to her music on iphone

This app keeps forgetting my devices. I have to go and add them all over again.

Impossible de trouver mes omni 20 sur l’application. Or elles sont bien connectées à mon réseau… Donc ce sont des enceintes Bluetooth et non wifi étant donné qu’on ne peut pas les utiliser en wifi…

HK se garde bien de vous dire que malgré les images attachantes… les sources intégrées ou externes promises dans les pubs ne marchent plus dans cette application qui est, vous le constatez, unanimement décriée
