I currently have an ASUs router but have tried with several different router brands with the same hopeless results as described below. I can connect the speakers to the wireless network (the speakers get their own IP addresses and can be pinged without any problems) but the app does not find any speakers even though they are connected to the network. The only way to solve this problem that I have found, is to turn off all wireless encryption, once you have done that the app finds the speakers and you can play music on them. Does Harman Kardon mean that you should leave your wireless network completely unprotected without encryption? One star is a far too high rating for this app

I have hard work install and then later reinstall again 2 speakers Omni 20+. I use iPhone 6 and slowly slowly maybe succeed to install the two speakers. It’s strange difficult to find and use Wi-Fi. When stop listening and some hours later I have to do it install again. I finally gave up. One bad thing with HK is that I cannot install it on my PC Windows 10. No app? HK you are lazy and bad at giving service to us buyer of your systems. Your products are very expensive but not worth the money I payed for them. Pull your self together at make a better work. Bye

The volumebar is constat poping up and down while use the app, really annoying. If this bug will be fixed I can live with that the rest of the app sux.

App has always been and remains not user friendly, it bugs a lot and doesn't behave as expected. Did they let a bunch of interns create this app and then let the next year's interns maintain it? I'm guessing it hasn't had an update in years, shame that the app sucks. The HK Omni 10 are awesome speaker's, but because of the app I might just sell them and let some other poor bastard deal with this UX. Shaking my head in sadness

Is the support for omni10 removed?! Is it necessary to buy omni10+ to get my omni10 to work with WiFi?

The volume controller keeps spamming the UI whenever you do anything. It’s really annoying and I can’t believe how this passed QA. Makes the app barely usable.
