I have one of their Bluetooth speakers. The app doesn’t even look for it… Telling me to check my WiFi connection?! I cannot believe it’s from a professional company. It’s a shame but I won’t be buying their speakers again due to this!

Trying to set up speakers to new router and iPhone 15. Has taken an age to even get speakers on network and now (despite authorising link) am seeming unable to get music to queue. Brought speaker a few years back (at price in the day) yet everytime I try and use, link etc takes hours, upon hours to set up. Will never by this brand ever, ever again. Naim Mu So all the way now, easy to link (in seconds) and mutli-room.

Why has this app still not been updated for iOS 16? Works fine with iOS 15 streaming 5 speakers! Can’t see any speakers with IOS 16. HK are just ignoring everyone. Fabulous speakers when they work. Please resolve the issue HK and give some customer support.

I bought the Omni 20 and two Omni 10’s a few years ago. The speakers are brilliant, lovely sound (when I can get them to work). However this app to connect and control them is the worst technology I’ve tried to use. The speakers largely sit gathering dust, every now and again I try to get them working again, only to discover this app is still useless. Harman should be ashamed of themselves.

I had those machines for years now. My wedding music party was gone, because of these. 7 years ago. Now I moved country, I have omni 20 and 10 and they b… refuse to pair!!! The app menu has disappeared. It only searched for omnis, and say: can’t find them!!,,! Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhn

We like the speaker. However now we can’t even launch the apps to play music. What is the point of having this speaker if apps is not even launching. 👎👎👎👎👎 Think twice if you want to invest a pair of premium speaker like HK. Apps and service is not premium at all.

Followed the instructions several times and I’ve never been able to get it to stream via WiFi network which is why I bought a ADAPT It never asks for my WiFi password despite several attempts Bluetooth is ok but why buy a ADAPT from HK then when you can buy a generic Bluetooth device for 10 bucks !! Let down by the app software (it seems)

Can’t pair 2 omni 20 for stereo playing. Hours of try.All you can do is connect only one of speakers with Bluetooth and stream music without app.If you want pair speakers woth app etc-nothing works!,so annoying!

It’s a great speaker let down by an awful app. It’s not user friendly, unreliable and just annoying to use. Shame but because of this app I wouldn’t recommend the speakers to anyone

Absolute rubbish I have two omni 20s Won’t play as a stereo pair. Connection is poor and the app unfit for purpose. Best avoided
