App keep crashing and not working properly.

Customer service is pretty bad as they registered my name and email wrongly when they made the account and i have submitted more than 10 requests to correct the information but nothing happened and no one can do anything about it No i get no emails from them at all

Application not working (open and close immediately) , delete reinstall Can’t even log in Not safe for a safety app

After 1 week the app says that there is unexpected error and I have no access anymore to my alarm

When we receive and alarm it does not show up in the notifications. This is the core feature of the service. I had received a false alarm and I have no way to find out which sensor triggered the alarm. Please ensure that the data is clear to us as we paying for this service and this is critical service for our home.

The most frustrating experience ever false alarms causing mental anguish in the middle of the night with our family. Calls to support a waste of time. Attempts to leave complaint to a manager just go to a voicemail that is full and cannot accept any messages. I am so disappointed at the level of service it goes totally against all other good things and services here this is like something from the 1980s

I cannot even open the App

False alarms all the time , fire wasting the time of the department, waking us up middle the night and traumatizing the kids

Bukhour and remote silencing both don’t work

App does not open. It has been loading at the start page since hours
