This app is so secure with so much functionality included into it. It’s very easy, smooth and effortless to transfer money and to regulate, manage and keep a full puissant control over instant account activity via this HBL mobile app.

This app is not stable and keeps on crashing every day and always there are connectivity & login issues with this app. App interface is very old and outdated like UBL mobile app

The app doesn’t have the aap functionality. It feels like you are using a browser. Plus when i try and save my biometric info nothing happens. New update is needed which is compatible with new ios and new iphones.
A very quick and easy app where information is transparent
Very Friendly interface
The app is literally 10 years behind in terms of technology. You have zero control over your finances and there is no way to overview your expenses in a single category since all of the transactions are horribly managed in a way that is hard to decipher. The design is so pathetic that it doesn’t match any modern app like Facebook, YouTube, Apple Pay or Instagram. Designers have added elements wherever they liked instead of actually taking time to consider user experience. It seems like the developers of this app have no idea about apples human interface guidelines. Sadly we live in a country where this would seem like a big deal but in reality it’s lacking almost all of the essential features and should be redeveloped from the ground up
