Missing features
Apple has allowed apps to use NFC for those countries where Apple wallet was not available. Please add feature for iPhone NFC Digital Debit card for iPhone on HBL App. One of the Pakistan bank is offering 10 million IBFT in 24 hours through app, how come HBL only allow 1 million only in 2024 ?

I have been using this app for last 4 yrs on my IPhone & Mac book prop. Never had any issues signing in on either of them. Recently I started having problems signing in. If I sign in on my IPhone & after logging out I cannot sign in on my Mac book prop. It asks for registration & a wait of 2 hrs before , early I could sign in on either device.I did register my MacBook but was not able to sign in back on my iPhone. Every time it ask to register the device. It wasn’t like this before. I could sign in on any device.
Bizarre security measure ever seen.
Overall I have been pretty satisfied with the app. Recently there has been a introduction of cooling off period for two hours, where app is inactive for 2 hours when the password is reset. This is worst measure I have ever seen, what if someone is in need or emergency to perform a transaction. That is so frustrating experience. In today’s tech space where apps are becoming frictionless with advanced security protocols, here HBL app is stopping users to perform transaction just because a user changed it’s password. Insane.

Frustrating Experience with HBL mobile app on iPhone 15 plus
I've been a loyal user of the HBL Mobile app for quite some time, but my recent experience with it on my iPhone 15 Plus has been nothing short of frustrating. Ever since I updated to the latest version, the app has been crashing consistently. Every time I attempt to log in, the app shuts down abruptly, leaving me unable to access any of its features. What's even more exasperating is that when I manually enter my login details, the app prompts me to use biometric authentication in front of the camera, but before I even get a chance to do so, it crashes again. As someone who relies on mobile banking for my day-to-day transactions, this instability in the HBL Mobile app has become a major inconvenience. It's disappointing to see such a prominent bank's app failing to function properly on one of the latest iPhone models. I sincerely hope that the developers address these issues promptly and release a fix as soon as possible. Until then, I'll have to resort to alternative methods for my banking needs, which is far from ideal.
