Application does,t work
The HBL really need to improve its mobile banking application. This application does not work very often. Sometimes even I can’t login for days. And now the transaction does not work. Being in abroad and no access to ATM, it is so frustrating. Surely I will close account in HBL.

Compared to the other banks of Pakistan, HBL needs to improve immensely their internet banking. Compared with the international banks, HBL is nowhere near good!
