Pretty easy to make claims

Has a pretty obvious interface. Hasn't been updated to take advantage of the larger screen on iPhone 6+, 6S+ and 7+. As of Jan 1 2017 (or thereabouts) making claims no longer works rendering the value of this app close to nil.

Single most important function does not work

After multiple attempts to upload a photo of a receipt and claim I am, once more, forced to give up. This happened last time I attempted a claim using the app: and the time before. Every time it produces a Failure-technical error error message. This is simply not good enough. That the single most useful function in an App consistently doesn't work shows very poor application design, and a general disdain for customer experience. And when you point that out they say 'you can lodge a claim on your computer', but claiming using on the website is not an equivalent fallback to an App as one then has to post the receipt: thus, it is not an electronic process at all. Unbelievable in this day and age that a major company cannot figure how to design systems so that people can actually make claims electronically, and seamlessly.
