Dear Heads Up team, I am having issues with starting my game... I chose topic, click on it and try to start the game but no luck.. Can you please help?

Missing downloads
Purchased this on an old phone, when we got a new phone and transferred the app over, it didn’t give us all of the previous games we purchased. Only option is to repurchase the missing ones. Other than that my kids love the game
Didn’t get decks we purchased
While we love this game we got a special for $20 of 50 decks. The picture showed the variety we would be getting but I’m missing ones we wanted. I can’t find a way to even purchase a deck solo. I tried to reach out to customer service for help but they isn’t any listed. Hoping someone sees this review and will provide some support.
Wicked fun when it works
It’s not hearing us anymore. Settings are all fine. It worked yesterday just fine. Also, many categories are very difficult for kids.
Awful - just trying to get you to buy more games
Barely got to play one round (AFTER WE PAID!!) before we were hit with a barrage of ads & won’t let us skip them. Even in the middle of rounds, it’s trying to sell us more games. If you can’t trust someone with the sterling reputation of Ellen DeGeneres 🙄 who can you trust?
Fun game
It’s fun but they need new words in previous decks. I’m SICK of the repeats. But I will say it’s a fun lil game regardless. We play all the time. That’s why I’m over the repeats
Waste of money and mood killer
Such a disappointment!! App is lagging and turns off on its own. Also you have about 10 free topics with a super unknown names and you have to purchase all packages. Not able to find settings either
