Bad experience
I was charged but the game cannnot be downloaded!!!! What should I do to get a refund?
Problem concerning purchase of one package
Dear Heads up, On 29 Mars, I purchased one of your packages with the code of “MLTKWSWKQ2” by Momo E-wallet. Unfortunately I have not received it yet although my account was charged. I have contacted Apple about this problem and they told me to do this step first. Would you mind helping me with this trouble, please ? Sincerely, Anh TRAN
Empty deck needed
Hi developer team, thank you for creating such an incredible app and I can see it very useful for using this app in my classroom for teaching English. My students seem excited when playing this game with their partners. But there’s one thing if developer team could help or not, as I can see, some of my students they’re in low level and they can’t guess the words. So if you guys could create an empty deck where the users can add the words that they need or they have for this game, this would be great. Because some of us, the users aren’t live in Western countries or know clearly about the culture of Western. I hope my words can reach you and I’m waiting for your response. Best regards.

I love the game but the “Build your own deck” deck keeps freezing and it will not let me customize. Will change my rating once the app is fixed.

Crashes
App doesn’t work and crashes when opened. I’ve restarted, reloaded, and quit. No luck.
New update doesn’t work
Game was great until yesterday. After update it crashes immediately upon opening. Have tried to uninstall and reinstall with no luck. The app support also doesn’t exist
App bugged and won’t open
I’ve tried deleting and re downloading it, restarting my phone, etc. idk where to submit a ticket
