I have been using this app for about 3 weeks and have seen huge changes with my mind set and also exercise motivation. I have been listening to the relaxation and exercise motivation sessions and have seen huge improvements. I have exercised almost daily since commencing the app (I get up at 5am to do it in the middle of winter) and have been able to get over my excuses and just do it! I would highly recommend

I started using the app to quit drinking and I am confident the sessions are reprogramming my subconscious mind to the realities of alcohol and it’s effects. Drinking is such a socially accepted activity that we can often overlook the negatives. I have almost entirely stopped drinking & when people ask me why I’m not drinking, I find myself thinking ‘why would I drink?’. The Give up Alcohol sessions are very enjoyable with the first 15 mins being guided relaxation and the second half being the hypnotherapy component. I love that they largely focus on the benefits of being sober rather than the negatives of alcohol. I have heard that one of the major pitfalls when people cease drinking is the inability to get to sleep. When I use the app at bedtime I fall asleep before the end of the session, without fail. There are so many different sessions on the app, regarding other personal improvements, that I can’t wait to start using. I see this app as my life coach and I thoroughly recommend it to anyone who wants to better themselves.
