HealtheLife helps individuals and families to stay informed, stay educated, and take a more active role in their health. Through the HealtheLife mobile app, you have real-time and easy access to your health care organization's online portal. This portal shows your latest health care information and provides services needed to plan, understand, and engage in your care.
Once your health care organization grants you access to their online portal and creates an account for you, simply sign into the HealtheLife mobile app with your Cerner Health username and password. If you have access to multiple organizations' portals, you can view all participating portals through the app.
Each participating organization's portal is unique, but most portals allow you to connect with your care team using the following methods:
• Securely messaging your provider
• Scheduling and managing upcoming appointments
• Accessing medical information including allergies, laboratory results, health issues, immunizations, medications, and other health documents
If you need assistance accessing your existing account, visit your health care organization's website for support options. Contact your provider directly regarding questions about your health record. Personal health inquiries or concerns posted as comments in the App Store cannot be addressed.

HealtheLife FAQ
Is HealtheLife free?
Yes, HealtheLife is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is HealtheLife legit?
⚠️ The HealtheLife app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
When I read the poor reviews for the app and then try to use it myself I have to agree with all of the criticisms.
The first thing that I noticed, having downloaded it for use on my iPad, is that it does not support landscape mode. Whether due to laziness, incompetence or lack of proper resources for development of the app, it still seems absurd that this basic capability is not supported.
Not only does the app offer no added-value over using the browser version of the CareConnect website, but lacking the basic feature of working in landscape, it actually offers reduced value compared to the web site.
If CernerHealth lacks the resources or the interest to offer a competent mobile device app, why are they bothering? Just pull it until you decide to make an app worth using.
Typo in medical results
The word “syphilis” is spelled wrong in my test results, and there’s nowhere in the app to report this
Rate the app
I don’t like this app at all. The first reason is because CMH affiliates itself with OHSU and they do not communicate with each other at all! Because their computer systems don’t jive. So unless you are an advocate for yourself your stuff, or your results of your tests or whatever it is you’re having done or just hanging out in O zone! So be prepared if you want the results of your tests to communicate CMH with OHSU you have to be the middleman. I found out this information by living it myself!
never loads, just shows unending circle
this app doesn't work, it never loads and it just shows an unending circle spinning and that is it. I guess there is no updates for this app I'm assuming. unfortunately worthless
Buggy
App is not worth the trouble. Very buggy. I’ll simply call my providers for now on.
Recommendation
Would like to be able to see bill total
Manually Entering Log-In Credentials
App overall functions great and is easy to navigate; however, I have to manually enter in my log-in credentials every time I use the app.
This is the only application I can’t log in with FaceId or at least a PIN code.
Freezes up
The only way I can get on the app is to click on a link in an old email notification. When I try to open the app through the icon on my iPhone, it just freezes. I’ve tried reinstalling the app but nothing changes - it is still freezing! I don’t know what to do. I’m supposed to use the app to communicate with doctors and get medical results, but I can’t.
Terrible app and experience
Is this 2004? This app feels like it’s trying to fit a website that doesn’t work in it. Happy my doctor is switching to MyChart at least I can rely on it to work
