Terrible terrible service
As an international customer, I created a profile, paid for the service and when the time came they could not send the one time password to my phone… I have spent more than an hour speaking to more than five people and the issue is still not resolved. I was promised a coupon which I have not got, the customer service representatives keep asking the same questions even though I sent screenshots and case numbers to them for clarity. They do not understand the English language or they do not care. Will not be using this again ever. If anyone contacts me from this company to fix my issue and give me my video consult that I paid for, I will update this review.

Our Saviour
We had just come back from Canada after a year and half of sojourn there . So we’re out of touch with doctors etc in Lucknow although we both had a number of other age related conditions . And then COVID happened to both of us . Did know who to turn to . Someone suggested Practo . Straightaway downloaded the app and got in touch with one of their Doctors who was very attentive , patient and gave me very good medical advice . Consulting him reassured us to no end . A week’s follow up is also very very helpful . Thank you Dr Sanket Patel and thank you Practo .
Doctor didn’t respond, just looted my money
After 20 mins long wait doctor said she tried calling me and i didn’t answer it seems. And i didn’t receive any call from her. Tried reaching support but they didn’t respond back. I lost my money.
Very very frustrating app
I recommend you to please don’t use this app as it is utter nonsense.
