Best app for one time cost
Very helpful health app
I’ve had this app for several months and have found it very useful. I recently upgraded to the Complete Premium package and am happy with my decision. I wanted the ability to create PDF reports of my data, which this does very easily. I am monitoring several aspects of my health, and it’s nice to be able to create monthly reports of my progress. I’m still learning about all this app can do; however, being able to add Watch Face Complications and being able to look back on 4 years of my data his wonderful through the app. We all know that not all app creators are not the same. I emailed Simon with some feedback and a suggestion, and he responded the next day, letting me know that it was already being considered. This meant a lot to me as it shows he listens to his customers and also shows that he continues to update and improve.
Excellent enhancement for Apple Watch!
This is a superb app. The data captured from Apple Watch is obviously rich, but presentation on the native Apple Health app is terribly limiting. The addition of a full PDF report for analysis in hard copy or on a large computer screen is a wonderful addition. Thank you!

Useful app, BUT…
Something strange has happened to the cardio points. Bug? It’s really underscoring when I know I’ve exercised at zones 3/4/5 Old review: Good data. And nice it’s not via subscription.
Best app for POTS
This app has been the most accurate tracker I’ve used. It’s amazing for keeping track of heart rate for POTS. I use the spreadsheets to print out information for my doctor and it’s been very helpful
