Es una app completa para monitorear tu salud, falta la opción en español, pero salvo ese detalle es muy completa. Las métricas que usa permiten conocer y planear bien tus rutinas.

Tiene toda la información que requiero, la presenta en forma muy amigable, es mi opinión es excelente, ojalá algún día la tengan disponible en idioma español.

La aplicación es precisa y muestra los datos de manera entendible y en un solo lugar, además de que tiene muchas maneras de desplegar la información en pantalla (del Apple Watch o mediante widgets en el iPhone) puedes obtener reportes muy completos y enviarlos a tu doctor. Definitivamente un upgrade de las aplicaciones nativas de Apple

Esta aplicación es la mejor opción para analizar todo lo relevante a tu corazón. Te permite medir tu frecuencia cardíaca y todos los otros factores que influyen en tu salud cardiovascular. Las métricas son siempre muy acertadas y muy fáciles de entender. Además, la aplicación te da consejos para mejorar tu estilo de vida y prevenir enfermedades del corazón. La recomiendo a todos los que quieran cuidar su corazón y vivir más saludablemente.
