It is great. Would like the sampling time to be shorter to give a more accurate measurement, but know it would shorten the battery time
Great app especially if pay for reports
This is a great little app. I’ve tried lots and this is my favourite for looking at data trends such as HRV. I paid for complete reports. I can make a report in a specific time frame With the metrics that I pick eg HRV/HR the only thing that would improve it would be adding HRV indices such as LF/HF/PNN50. If it did this it would have all the features of Welltory but without the multiple times a day interpretation. You can save the reports and run them through something like chat GPT. This can interpret trends such as being in sympathetic drive. The one off payment is very reasonable given cost of competitors.
Bug: does not allow for age when calculating zones
I use this app a LOT. It is very good BUT there is a very annoying bug. I am aged 77 (nearly 78). I calculate my max heart rate to be about 143. Therefore the zones should be expressed as a percentage of that. Zone 2 for me, for example, is the range 86 to 99 (or close to that). In the app it is identified as 110 to 118 which is way off. So I think this is a bug. Am I right? But is a good and very useful app.

A great App that’s genuinely useful
I have used this App alongside my standard Apple one for a couple of years now. I find it very useful in the way that it presents data differently and in easy to understand graphics - especially comparing today to various trend measurements. Also the average heart rate info is readily available and is great for tracking underlying movements across time. I use this App every day without fail and would really miss it if it wasn’t available
