The app was working fine until this morning. App was asking for access to Face ID and I accepted. ReStarted the app and now after Face ID I get a message that there is no e-mail. Why is it so important to have the e-mail and I think I even have made an account. But most of all, the app is not working anymore because after te e-mail warning, the app stays in the startup screen.
Rooms switch to stand-by or set to 17. Absolute mess, can’t get my house warm anymore

Hate this system. Was much easier with our old wired thermostat and controls. The thermostats constantly drop off or turn off. Wish we never bothered upgrading.
When it works it’s great. When it doesn’t it’s worse than terrible. We don’t use auto mode but turn our 10 zones on and off as required. A few times a month we can switch zones on - only for them to then show on the screen with no flame icon despite higher demand temps; and no demand on the boiler. We just have to move the temp wheel a touch to get the flame icon to show - but the flame then vanishes again with no heating coming on. No use when you’re 100 miles away, heading home in the cold - with the uselessness of the system the only unpleasant conversation topic… Four hours later all can be well for the next couple of weeks. Help line is friendly but only offers reboot/ reinstall as solution - never tries to diagnose root cause while we have this intermittent but show-stopping issue. We upgraded to Neo controls to get remote access. I’ve stuck with them in the belief that firmware upgrades and change of ownership would sort issues out - but to no avail. If you don’t want a divorce then avoid Neo.
Even completing this form reminds me how “jerky” this app is. You nearly always have to repeat functions multiple times to get them to ‘stick’. Wish I’d stayed with Hive….🤬
Absolute rubbish. Profiles will not save, always reverts back to default or sets to full temp. Awaiting refund for the awful neostat. Shame as the previous smartstat was a simple robust piece of kit. Their neostat wifi is trash.
App is not at all user friendly and the control panels in the home are useless
