After the latest update, I can even view my SD Card Playback anymore! Ridiculous, fix it as soon as possible or else! 🚨🚨🚨

Cameras (all 10 of them, over 2 separate sites) stream Live fine. But Playback only works while connected on WiFi, not on LTE. Weird.

The app is not loading or usable from home the whole point of this product to double check on our homes! Why is it not loading up live streaming services as before?? This crazy

La camera se déconnecte constamment. Toujours obliger de la reconfigurer. Et impossible de la faire fonctionner avec une carte mémoire, elle ne la reconnaît pas. Dommage car la camera semblait bien mais l’application qui la fait fonctionner est la pire jamais utilisée. J'ai du acheter une autre camera d’une autre marque évidemment.

The picture from camera is very good. The camera motion detection software is very bad. Countless alarms for no apparent reasons. Triggers “Human detected” for birds and squirrels all the time. Many problems with wireless connections. Customer Service not existent. Extortion of money for video recording of events subscription. Money making machine.

I have to reset camera every week. Tried unplug and replug..works 3-4 times. Then 5th time when cam fails. It never comes back without reset and readd. Unreliable

Keeps disconnecting. Have problems with setting up. None of my other products do this. It’s a garbage product.

The app is garbage!!! Pointless waste of money
