While the camera is good, HM311, the app is very poor. From Chinese being in some of the options, to continual false recordings of movement, to a poor mechanism on it reports activity. It needs a big update! I have another camera that uses cloudedge which is a much better app.

Everything you need for a safe and secure service. Cloud storage, SD Card supported, 360 vision, Night Vision, Zooming, HD recording, it’s few month’s I’ve been using it. it’s really nice product, has very strong Microphone and Speakers.

Please remove the pop up that appears after every single click. Stupid attempt to get money, which in actual fact is just enraging existing customers. Sort it out.

The camera is good but app lets it down they don’t want you to use it with a card ! footage on the app gets less & less over time and app will open about 1 time in 30 You still get pings when intruders are breaking in but don’t expect to see who it is or what they are dragging out of your house as the app won’t open. if the makers of the app Remove the intentional bug that is destroying card users ability to view footage

When I first purchased the camera this app worked fine, THEN they started to update it. They say ‘if it ain’t broke don’t fix it’, someone at this app company should listen. None of the versions of the app have worked since the start of updates over a year ago. It’s now become laggy (up to FIVE minutes behind), unable to connect (even though the router is 1 metre away from both the camera and iPad, a waste of iPad memory. It’s such a shame as it’s a great camera let down by the app developers

Cameras don’t seem to be able to show you the live feeds reliably…constant spinning wheel and stuck loading.

Very rarely it actually lets me see live footage making it pretty pointless and useless app !!!! I’ve got/used other makes of camera/apps without any problems. Leaves me very disappointed.

Comes up troubleshoot every time I go onto it, yet it’s never been unplugged from the day it was set up. Wouldn’t recommend this camera

Spent too much money getting professional to install three security camera, but it’s kind of impossible to connect to wireless so I spend more money to wire them still cannot connect this app is one of the worst ever. Fortunately I decide not to spend any more on cameras but all my friends got different product much better

This app won’t load my live feed after working fine for 2 weeks. Now it’s just useless.
