Support employees are also very harsh and don’t help you properly. They just copy paste FAQ. Dont go for this app if you’re looking for an scooter/ebike. Go for something as Lime instead

Scooter constantly suddenly stops when you enter a “forbidden area” (which is not indicated in any way, except for the scooter stopping) and it automatically cancels your ride. So if you need to unlock it again, they can charge you another 1$. Very smart scam but I’m never using this “service” again.

Veicoli molto inferiori in numero alla concorrenza. Se fai una ricarica senza usare la carta non ti fa usare il mezzo. Compri un pacchetto pensando che sia conveniente e non te lo fa usare ma pagare si. STATE ATTENTI PER MIO PARERE MEGLIO QUALSIASI ALTRA COMPAGNIA.

Vorrei dare 0 stelle ma ahimè non è possibile. Dei ladri pazzeschi, si rubano 10€ ad ogni sblocco altro che 1€. SEGNALATE NON SCARICATE
