We did everything they requested (which was a lot) to subscribe; sent pictures of our documents and everything else they requested. Still was not possible for us to use the app. Don’t bother downloading

Cannot be used as a tourist
As a tourist it is not possible to use this app due to the Italian fiscal code that needs to be filled in.
