Being able to “reach into” the technician’s video feed is a game changer.
I work for a major tech company providing production printing support. With over 400 Techs at different skill levels HelpLightning is bridging the Knowledge gap in the industry. With this CV19 the App is helpful as well.
I have an account on my PC , which is not very portable so I downloaded the app. The app installed but tells me I have the wrong user name or password. I literally used the app to change the password and it still give me the same error. There is no help button or contact for help on the pc. Ironic for a program that is supposed to help troubleshoot remotely. Do not reccomend.
I work for a large multinational service company, providing remote support for our field technicians. We’re currently piloting this app and it’s going to really enhance our ability to communicate. The paid version gives you the ability to work with documents (like wiring diagrams) and images as well as live video and screenshots. Very powerful. Seems to perform well with limited bandwidth.
